E-mails received after normal business hours will be processed on the next business day. The security and confidentiality of your personal information is important to us. That's why Cypress Bank will never call or e-mail you to ask for sensitive information, such as account number, PIN, password or Online ID. Protecting your identity and your personal information is our top priority. Although scams are becoming more prevalent -- via the phone or e-mail -- there are a variety of ways that you can protect your account. We encourage you to regularly review your account activity through Cypress Bank Online, where your financial information is accessible anytime. In addition, you can help ensure your account number and personal information doesn't fall into the wrong hands by switching to e-statements. Sign up for online banking or opt to receive e-statements by logging into your online banking service and changing your preferences on the e-documents tab. Alternatively, you may speak with a banker by phone or in person during regular business hours to enroll in the e-statements service.
