Report a Lost or Stolen Debit Card


If your debit card has been lost or stolen, it is important that you report the missing card immediately:

  • During business hours: Call your local branch location or (903) 572-7585
  • After business hours: Call (800) 472-3272 and choose option 2. Then, contact your local branch on the subsequent day to order a replacement card.

For the safety and security of your account, Cypress Bank monitors its customers' ATM and debit card transactions for potentially fraudulent activity.  If we suspect fraudulent ATM or debit card use, you will receive an automated phone call to validate the legitimacy of the transaction from 833-735-1894.
