Choose your delivery preference and stay informed in real time.

To set up: Log in to Online Banking, select Alerts, choose the categories that matter to you, and save your preferences.

Mobile Deposit

Depositing a check is as simple as taking a photo. Here's what you need to know:

Daily Limit

Mobile deposits are accepted up to $2,500 per day. Deposits submitted before 4:00 PM on a business day are generally available the next business day. Deposits submitted at or after 4 pm or on a weekend or bank holiday are generally available on the second business day. Deposits are subject to holds, which may delay availability of funds.

How to Endorse

Sign the back of your check in blue or black ink. Include your account holder signature exactly as it appears on your account and write Cypress Bank Mobile Deposit under your signature.

Photo Tips

Place the check on a dark background in a well-lit area. Make sure all four corners are visible and all text is clear and readable before submitting.

Keep Your Original Check

Keep your original check for 60–90 days after submission, then destroy it securely. Do not deposit the physical check at a branch after submitting it through the app.
